The Historic Dripping Springs Resort is 5 minutes from downtown Estes Park Colorado, and 10 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park, 7600 ft. high in the Rockies, on a beautiful trout stream called the Big Thompson River. Wildlife viewing, hiking trails, horseback riding,fly fishing, birding, golfing, climbing, fine dining, shopping and much more are found in the area. We are a scenic 2 hour drive from Denver International Airport by car. Be out of touch for awhile and enjoy the mountain scenery! Our cabins are designed to be family friendly and there is ample room around each cabin for children to have a wonderful time in the forest and streamside. Our cabins are well equipped with kitchens, all linens and towels, and most everything you need for a wonderful stay. Gas grills, firepits, picnic areas are by each cabin. All of our cabins have a private hot tub on the deck. All are on the river and have river and mountain views.Most have fireplaces and satelite tv.
We are located on 5 acres of cliffs and pines surrounded by the river. None of our cabins are alike so you must look thru them to choose which fits your family and your lifestyle best. There are some rustic ones, some luxurious ones, some large some small. People ask if we are really secluded and my answer is we are a small, very quiet resort, with very low density of people for the space. We strive to make your vacation an experience of enjoyment, exploration and family togetherness that you will remember, like we do from when we were kids visiting the area with our families!
