Grandma Lillians Room: My Grandma Lillian never had such comfort but some of her things decorate this room! The  queeen bed  is a Select Comfort Sleep Number bed and is covered with fine linens and pillows. The private bathroom has a shower, and there is a small fridge to chill a bottle of champagne for you and your love. An overstuffed chair is perfect for reading a good book.  The covered front balcony has seating and a mountain view and is right by the gazebo with a firepit. The back  door leads to a deck with a private hot tub and a  glimpse of the river. Warm tones make this a great room for your vacation or romantic getaway. A Midsummer Night's Dream: A dream of a forest glen with evergreens and mountain wildflowers would describe our Midsummer Night's Dream room. It has a romantic queen Select Comfort Sleep Number bed draped in sheers and greenery. The sounds of the cascading waterfalls and soft bird songs  from the white noise device  is just for fun, and will sooth your senses. Enter this dream state at your own risk for you may never wish to return to the real world. Summer Season May 15-Oct 14th   The Teal Drake: In this room a  massive Aspen Log bed with plush bedding quietly implies comfort! The private hot tub is just outside the back door, on a covered porch with a great river view and a bistro table & chairs. Included is a small bathroom with shower, also a mini fridge, teapot and wine service. A spacious covered front porch with seating and mountain view give you so much outdoor living space.  Prairie Spirit : A Pine log bed, and knotty pine walls reminds you of  the prairie days when this canyon was setteled. The covered front porch and a back deck with a private bubbling hot tub work wonders for tired couples who want a private retreat. Keep a bottle of wine or champagne in the small fridge. The  bathroom has a tub/shower, and the decor is light  and inviting. It also features a Sleep Number bed,  Air Conditioning for summer, cozy comforters for fall, this is a great room! The Bed and Breakfast part of our resort consists of 5 private Garden Rooms with porch entrances, decks and private hot tubs. It is a very enjoyable way for couples to spend a few nights by the river.To provide a quiet and romantic retreat for you, we have elected not to put TVs or phones in the rooms. If you require a TV please see our Cabins page. Enjoy our riverwalk, the gazebo with a gas firepit, and our riverside decks where you can savor a cup of coffee, use our wi-fi or enjoy board games.  Bring a good book or choose one of ours. Nights often find our guests around the campfire by the river making wonderful memories. A healing massage to soothe your overworked body and mind , in our private massage house by the river,would be a great addition to the perfect getaway. Join us in our comfortable dining room with moss rock fireplace for a full country style breakfast.  A typical breakfast may consist of apple pancakes or belgum waffles, the fluffiest scrambled eggs, maple sausage, and warm buttery biscuits. A different menu is served every day.The breakfast is included in the price of your room.

The B&B was build in 1929, it was one of the first roadside motels in the area along the Big Thompson. We have converted these 5 rooms into private little sanctuaries with porches, hottubs and decks on all of them, it is hidden by aspens and garden plants and no longer resembles the original structure, we think you will find it very enjoyable!

All of our Bed and Breakfast rooms are for adults only. If you are a family with children,we have family cabins, please see them under CABINS. Please note that breakfast is NOT included for the cabin occupants because there are kitchens in each cabin. Parents, come join us at the B&B sometime when the two of you want to celebrate a special occasion without the kids.  No pets are allowed in the B&B rooms.
