Thank you for considering us for your Wedding, Elopement, Vow Renewal, or other services at Dripping Springs Resort. We can make it easy for you to have the perfect day!

In these uncertain economic times, we can still provide couples with a beautiful wedding at a incredibly reasonable price.  With the sound of the rushing river in the background and the canyon walls as your cathedral, many couples have said their vows and started their life together here.  We  have several locations on our grounds for small Weddings, Services or Receptions, that are stunning, natural and suitable for your  outdoor event much of the year.  We have a non-denominational Celebrant on site at all times and can perform weddings, baby blessings, commitments, vow renewals or any special service you require. My name is Janie Robertson, I am a certified clergy member and have done weddings and services  on our property for several years. I can help you design the perfect vows.

             What you will need to get married in Colorado

Colorado recognizes both ceremonial and common law marriages.

The marriage ceremony may be performed by

  • a judge
  • a magistrate
  • any public official authorized to perform marriages
  • any person recognized as authorized to perform marriages by
    • any religious denomination
    • any Indian tribe

Note: Friends or relatives may only perform the ceremony if they are one of the above.

Marriage licenses in Colorado are available at various locations. The small fee must be paid in cash, and the license  is valid for 30 days. Both parties need to be be present and must sign at the time of filing for a marriage license, and must present valid ID and proof of age.

If either party is divorced, the county will require the date and place of the divorce. The divorce MUST BE FINAL. Widows or widowers need to supply the date and place of death of their former spouse.

Blood tests are not required in the state of Colorado.

The license must be used within 30 days of the date of issue, and used only in the State of Colorado. License must be recorded within 60 days of marriage date or a fine will be imposed when recorded.

Rocky Mountain Wedding and Honeymoon  $1695

All you need for your small wedding with seating for  up to 20 guests

*3 nights stay in one of our Romantic Streamside Cabins with private hot tub and fireplace

*Reserved  Wedding Ceremony site by the river with canyon backdrop, and the services of the  Celebrant

*Seating for up to 20 guests , and table for refreshments.

In addition:

*Wake to the scent of fresh flowers in your room

*Breakfast in the dining room of the Inn each morning

* A delicious fruit and cheese platter for your cabin

*2  1 hour theraputic massages

To extend your honeymoon, we offer additional nights at only $ 150

If you have extra guests we have a per head charge of $ 25

This is for the wedding  ceremony only, if you are having a reception there is additional hourly charge.


 Dancing Bear Wedding and Honeymoon  $995

All you need for your small wedding with seating for 6 guests

*2 nights stay in one of our romantic river cabins with private hot tub

*Reserved Ceremony Location by the river or cliff with canyon backdrop and the Celebrants services.

*Seating for up to 6 guests and a table for refreshments.

In addition:

*Breakfast in the dining room of the Inn each morning

To extend your honeymoon we offer additional nights at only $ 150 

If you have more than 6 guests we have a per head charge of $ 25

This is for the wedding ceremony only, if you are having a reception there is an additional hourly charge.

          Elopement Packages for 2


Cabin Fever Elopement  and Honeymoon  or

*Service by the stream including the Celebrant

*Breakfast at the B&B Inn each morning

Streamside Elopement  and Honeymoon or

Vow Renewal Package for 2         $695

     

Enjoy a 2 night stay in a Romantic B&B room with your own private hot tub

*Service by the stream including the Celebrant

*Flowers and candles in your room

*A beautiful and delicious fruit and cheese platter

This package is for 2 people only  

To extend your honeymoon we offer additional nights at only  $ 150

Officiant /Celebrant :
Only our  Wedding Packages include my fees as an Officiant. 

 I am a non-denoinational celebrant and can do your wedding vows for you at  a competitive fee, on the property or at another site..  Together we  can design the most beautiful and meaningful wedding vows , tailored just for the two of you.  It will be a spiritual and touching ceremony and you may have input into the words of the service.
Also, Wedding Vow Renewals, Commitment Ceremonies,  Baby Blessings and other ceremonies are available,  Please just ask.

                        Dripping Springs Honeymoon Packages

If you are having your wedding elsewhere, but spending your honeymoon with us, and desire more than lodging please see our Specials and Packages pages. You will find several options there! This is a favorite spot for honeymooners because of the hottubs and the privacy.

Site Fees

For wedding  or other ceremonies  not included in packages, the fee for a space only for 2 hours includes:

Location and chairs for up to 10 guests for 2 hours   $  250

Location and chairs for  up to 30  guests for 2 hours   $ 395

Extra time    $ 100  per hour

Incudes 30 minutes set up time before the event.

We only offer this to groups who are staying with us, to minimize the impact to our other lodging guests. Weddings and reception groups must be quiet and  courteous to all the guests on the property.

Receptions can be held on our property after your wedding  if you are having a church wedding.

We can provide a beautiful streamside location with everything you need for your reception,including tent and portapoty . We also provide tables, and chairs and waste cans. Electric connection is nearby. The site will be ready for the caterer or you to bring in the food. Set up and removal is included.

Reception Space for 4 hours with above included for up to 20 people.$ 1095

Reception Space for 4 hours with above included for up to 40 people $1,550

Other arrangements can also be made, just ask.

Parking is limited and arragements may have to be made to bring people in from a central parking area downtown.

We  schedule our events to start between 10 am to 4 pm to avoid any invonvenience to our lodging guests. All Events must end by 9.00 pm except by special permit.

Light food for wedding or small receptions  can be arranged thru our B&B .

To reseve a ceremony site a contract must be made and a deposit received.  A 10 % gratuity will be added to parties over 10 people. Please call us for this information, we will be happy to arrange a site tour for you anytime.

We have cabins/condos and rooms for the guests of the wedding couple. Minimum stays may apply.
